Cancellation policy

Regarding the cancellation policy, once the stay is confirmed or the deposit is paid:

  • 61 to 180 days or more before departure: 5% of the total reservation amount (excluding cleaning fees and tourist taxes).
  • More than 61 days before the departure date: 30% of the total reservation amount (excluding cleaning fees and tourist taxes).
  • From 60 to 31 days before the departure date: 50% of the total reservation amount (excluding cleaning fees and tourist taxes).
  • From 21 to 30 days before the departure date: 70% of the total reservation amount (excluding cleaning fees and tourist taxes).
  • From 20 to 7 days before the departure date: 80% of the total reservation amount (excluding cleaning fees and tourist taxes).
  • Less than 7 days before the departure date: 100% of the total reservation amount (excluding cleaning fees and tourist taxes).

General Conditions:

  • Reservation Modification: Any changes to the reservation (dates, number of guests, type of accommodation) may incur additional fees or an adjustment to the initial rate.

  • Cancellation in Case of Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies), specific cancellation conditions may apply. Please contact us to assess available options.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days following the cancellation.

  • Security Deposit: In case of cancellation, the security deposit for potential damages remains fully refundable, unless damage has already been noted or costs have been incurred.

  • No-Show Policy: If guests do not show up on the arrival day without prior notice, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

  • Early Departure: No refund will be granted for early departures, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.
