The villa is located in the exclusive Puntacana Resort & Club in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, within the La Cana golf course (Hacienda).

THE VILLA:
This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom contemporary villa spans 750 m² (8,000 sq. ft.) over two floors, featuring a private garden, pool, and a half basketball court.

To the side, you’ll find an outdoor half basketball court with a hoop. The lush green garden, lined with palm trees, provides a safe play area for children.
The living room features floor-to-ceiling glass doors, offering a stylish and relaxing space with comfortable sofas, a TV, books, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, overlooks the pool and garden. You can also enjoy outdoor dining on the covered terrace.
