THE VILLA:

This brand-new (2023) beachfront villa boasts a private beach—a rare gem in the Dominican Republic! Spacious and elegantly designed, it features unique, custom-made furniture.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by an impressive driveway, a beautifully landscaped garden, a two-car garage, and a private gym at the main entrance.

As you step through the grand entrance door, you’ll be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea! The majestic foyer includes a decorative indoor water feature, creating a tranquil and relaxing ambiance.

Living Space

The heart of the villa is a vast open-concept living and dining area, featuring:

• A large bar
• A TV lounge with sofas
• Two dining tables
• Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that fully open for an indoor-outdoor living experience

From the terrace and infinity pool, soak in the panoramic ocean views! For added safety, the terrace features a glass barrier while preserving the view.

• A coral stone staircase leading to a Jacuzzi & fire pit area
• Direct access to the private beach with sun loungers and swimming access (caution: ocean currents).

The villa has two kitchens:

The villa rental rate does not include the mandatory resort fees, payable upon arrival:
