LOCATION:

The villa is located in the Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bávaro-Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is situated on the golf course and overlooks the Benjamina hole (#2).

Cocotal is a large, secure residential and tourist community with a 24-hour gated entrance. It’s one of the most sought-after areas in Bávaro-Punta Cana, ideal for families and golf enthusiasts looking for a tropical retreat.

The complex offers numerous amenities:

VIP BENEFIT:

Access to the Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant at Bávaro Beach with free transportation (subject to availability and must be booked in advance). A minimum consumption of 20 USD per person is required at the bar/restaurant. No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Note: Food and beverages at Jellyfish are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly on-site. Some blackout dates may apply (private events).

Important: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, reserved for homeowners.

THE VILLA:

A cozy single-story villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Entering through the signature blue doors, you’ll find a spacious and serene hallway. A corridor leads to the semi-open kitchen, living room, and dining area.

The contemporary interior features high ceilings and modern furnishings, blending functionality with style. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals during your stay, and you can also hire a private chef (additional fee) to cook for you (groceries not included).

The kitchen has a breakfast bar open to the dining and living areas. A comfy sofa in the living room is perfect for relaxing and watching TV. The indoor dining area, illuminated by chandeliers, offers a beautiful dining space.

From the living and dining areas, you can step directly onto the furnished terrace with a second dining table, an outdoor BBQ, and a lounge area. From here, you can enter the pool or slide into the jacuzzi.

The lush garden, framed by palm trees and a green lawn, blends seamlessly into the golf course, creating an idyllic setting for your Caribbean vacation.

BEDROOMS:

The villa offers 3 bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Master bedroom with 1 King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, sofa, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct pool access.

• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): 1 King-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

• Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

• Maximum Capacity: 6 guests

VILLA STAFF:

• Housekeeper: Takes care of cleaning, bed preparation, and washing of towels and linens (usually every 3 days). Personal laundry service not included. The housekeeper may stay on-site in a separate accommodation.

• Villa Manager: Available in English and Spanish, will greet you upon arrival and remain available throughout your stay for any questions or additional service requests.
