Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat. The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort. Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away. VILLA STAFF: Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area. Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
