• Three air-conditioned bedrooms with 160 cm beds, mosquito nets, and wardrobes.
• A fourth air-conditioned bedroom overlooking the pool, equipped with two single beds, a mosquito net, and a wardrobe.
• Two bathrooms with toilets, plus an additional guest toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, mini oven, microwave, refrigerator + freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster.

The indoor living room features a music corner with a Marshall speaker and two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif.

The spacious covered gallery offers a dining area, a hammock, and a swing, with stunning sea views. It extends to the deck surrounding the pool, where you’ll find an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and a private garden with a barbecue, all with no overlooking neighbors.

The 7m x 3m saltwater pool is secured with an alarm system for safety.
